1.3 Processing process:Washing and peeling--Cutting into chips--Dewatering--Frying--Deoiling--Flouring--Packing2.Raw material & products quality target
2.1 Raw material standard: Fresh potato, no rot, no deterioration, no plant diseases and insect pests; no concave on the head of potato, surface smooth, no crack and hollow; Dry matter content≥21%, deoxidize sugar content ≤0.2%; the potato size : 40~60mm; The best potato is Atlantic potato.
2.2 Product:potato chips
Sense requirement: should be accord with the following stipulate:
Color& luster: surface should be white or yellow, the color and luster should be uniform;
Flavor& taste:should possess special potato fragrance, no other peculiar smell.
Physics and chemistry target:moisture: MAX1.5% oil content: 20-30%
