Soaking conveyor

Drum stone removal machine

(1) Application:To remove the stone and clean the potato.

(2) Features: Spiral discharge for continuous production,imported nylon rollerbrush, durable, stainless steel frame structure.

Manual Sorting Line

1) Purpose: Manually sort potatoes on the roller conveyor, remove the eyes and damaged parts, and cutthe large potatoes to facilitate slicing Tater.(2) Features: The potatoes are transported by a 304roller conveyor belt, and the potatoes rotate on the conveyor belt, making it easierto find the parts that need to be processed. Water trough elevator

(1)Purpose: To transportpotatoes to the slicer for slicing.(2)Features:1 It uses arod-through mesh beltconveyor with baffles to removestones. It lifts 2-3 potatoes eachtime. The frequency convertercontrols the lifting quantity,making it easier to control theslicing effect of the slicer. Thefeed hopper is enlarged to facilitate the storage of peeled potatoes. 2 It is equipped witha water trough to clean theselected potatoes before liftingthem. 3 The outlet is extendedby one meter to form a materiaseparation function, so thatthe potatoes entering the slicerenter one by one, ensuring theslicing effect.

Slicer

(1)Application: Slices potatoes into flat, wavy, orV-shaped slices(2) Features: Imported fromTaiwan, 12 blades. After slicing, it goes directly into the rinsing process. Add water while slicing to rinse the starch off the blades.

Drum Washing Machine

Bubble cleaning machine (can be lifted up to drain)

Air Drying andDraining Machine 

To perform drum cleaning on slicedpotato crisps. Equipped with circulating water spray, the cleaned starch is recovered at the bottom, and the potato crisps after drum cleaning are sent to the bubble cleaner for secondary cleaning.

Rinse the potato after slicing and remove the starch on the surface.

Air Drying and Draining Machine
(1) Purpose: Remove excess moisture from the surface of potato crisps through a fan to reduce the subsequent frying time. It is equipped with a wind knife-type air outlet, which provides strong wind force and high wind pressure. 
(2) Protective nets are installed on both sides to prevent potato crisps from being blown away. A water collection tray is installed at the bottom to collect and drain the water that has been blown off.
