Potato Washing And Peeling Machine
1. Washing and peeling capacity can be customized.2. The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel with 9 rollers.

Potato Cutting machine

1. This machine is always used in french fries production line.
2. The strips' size such as 6*6mm, 8*8mm, 10*10mm and custom made can be changed by adjusting the blade.
3. The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, High speed stainless steel blades.

Blanching machine &Frying Machine(2 sets)
1. You can use gas, electricity, diesel or steam as power for this machine depending on your needs.
2. It can effectively protect original vivid color of the potato strips/potato chip, improve the softness of the cells, and
facilitate the evaporation of water.3. You can add additives during blanching process.

 

Dewater machine &Deoil Machine(2 sets)
1. This machine can effectively remove extra water after blanching process. And remove extra oil after frying machine
2. You can set time to remove water/oil,machine is very easily to operate and save power
3. De-water/De-oil time better set 10-15 seconds.

Sealing machine

1. This type package machine can fill Nitrogen but need to fill french fries/potato chips/banana chips/planatin chips by manual,
it is more biased towards manual.
2. we also have full automatic package machine for you choice, it can fill Nitrogen automatically, automatic weighing, automatic
sealing and automatic packing.

 

IQF Quick Freezer machine
It is for freezing the French fries. The French fries is put on the tray and moving cart.
1) Adopt PU insulation layer, the thickness of insulation layer is 120MM, strong door hinge;
2) Computer temperature control delay protection, stable operation, fast cooling speed, freezing
temperature can reach -45 ºC and even cooling inside the low-temperature cabinet, allowing the
temperature difference in the cabinet to be within the national standard; only accessories can be
provided abroad
