Turnover Basket/ Plastic Crate/box/Tray High Pressure Spray Washing Basket Machine
The section one is to add the cleanout fluid, water containing soda or cleaning liquid for decontamination process. The machine is provided with heating tube which can heat the water and realizes the decontamination purpose by high-pressure nozzle spraying.The section two is cleaning with clean water. 1. This turnover basket washing machine adopts the transmission of chain driven by continuously speed regulation motor and the cleaning speed is adjustable.
2. This machine adopt adopts the chain made of stainless steel driving the basket moving into the cleaning cabinet for the first cleaning, second cleaning and drying.
3. The size of cleaning cabinet can be designed and made according to the size of basket and the machine can wash the baskets with different sizes at the same time which achieves the goal of a multi-purpose machine.
4. Each internal side (up, down, left and right sides) of cleaning cabinet is provided with high-pressure nozzle which can wash the basket from different angles and achieve the purposes of cleaning and removing the dead angle.
5. There are two sections of cleaning cabinet.
6. There are two cleaning tank provided at the bottom of equipment for separating the cleanout fluid and clean water. Those two tanks are provided with return water pipe for water-saving purpose.
7. Those two tanks are respectively provided with high pressure pumps which can work at the same time.
8. The operation of machine is only to put the basket on the transmission chain and the cleaning processes are operated automatically.
9. This cleaning machine applies to cleaning and sterilizing all kinds of revolving baskets, plates, boxes, trays and other vessels. It can save 70% water and 7-8 persons compared with the manual cleaning method.

Three sections of cleaning |
1. The equipment is made of stainless steel except for the motor, motor bracket and nozzle, and the nozzle is made of temperature-resistant quick-release plastic nozzle
2. The total length of the equipment is 6000mm, and it is washed by high-pressure spray for tap water.
3. The water tanks are cleaned by circular spraying with horizontal stainless steel centrifugal pumps, and the baskets are sprayed and washed from four directions at the same time. Cut pipes for unified discharge: the power of the water pump is 1.5kw
4. The power of the conveyor belt driving motor is 0.55kw, and the conveying speed is 3-15m/min mechanically adjustable.
5. There are movable waterproof doors on both sides of the cleaning room, and the two ends are closed and waterproof with soft curtains, which is convenient for cleaning and repairing equipment at any time;
6. The equipment is equipped with a stainless steel electrical control box, and all power is centrally controlled.

4. Each circulating water tank adopts a horizontal stainless steel centrifugal pump to circulate and spray, and sprays and rinses the baskets from four directions: up, down, left and right; each water tank is equipped with two filter devices, which is convenient for cleaning dirty Each water tank is equipped with a separate sewage cleaning valve, and after being discharged, it is discharged by the same cut-off pipe.
Due to the different specifications of turnover baskets currently on the market, the width of conventional turnover baskets is between 300-430mm and the height is between 150-300mm; if there are special specifications, it needs to be specially designed and customized according to the actual frame size
