1.The machine mainly consists of rack, shell, feeding plate, knife, drive part and discharging shield, etc.
2.The machine adopts the feed channel on the rotating feeding plate for feeding; the knife and inclined arc-shaped blade are distributed aslant for cutting. It has good quality of cutting section, high efficiency of cutting, easy operation and low consumption and other characteristics.
3.The parts contacting with the vegetables are made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel which accords with the requirements of hygiene standards for food processing machinery
4. During operation, put the potato materials into the hopper and the feed channel on rotating feeding plate will lead the materials rotating along with wall of shell. The knives installed on the wall of shell will cut the vegetables into strips and the potato strips will be discharged through the discharging shield.
