Segmented processing: precise cutting, adapted to diverse needs

In the early stage of the production line, high-precision segmentation equipment is set up and rotary precision cutting technology is used to flexibly adjust cutting specifications according to production needs. The device is equipped with an intelligent positioning system that ensures a smooth and uniform incision, effectively avoiding problems such as fractures and falls, while reducing material loss

Bubble cleaning: Deep cleaning, caring for the appearance of raw materials

Segmented chicken feet enter the bubble cleaning stage, and the equipment uses a high-pressure bubble generating device to generate strong water flow, effectively removing surface sediments, bloodstains, residual impurities, and potential insect eggs. At the same time, it is equipped with a high-pressure spray system to precisely clean the chicken claw gap and other areas that are difficult to clean 

Blanching treatment: precise temperature control, locking freshness and color protection

The cleaned chicken feet enter the continuous mesh belt blanching machine, which is equipped with intelligent temperature control and timing modules that can accurately adjust the blanching temperature (conventional 85-95 ℃) and processing time (1-3 minutes). High temperature blanching can effectively passivate the enzyme activity in chicken feet, prevent browning during subsequent processing, and kill harmful bacteria on the surface, thereby improving product safety.  

Claw peeling: efficient peeling, low damage and good quality

The blanched chicken feet seamlessly enter the claw peeling process through the conveying system. The equipment adopts patented flexible peeling technology and achieves efficient peeling through precise regulation of the cooperation between the rubber roller and the friction roller. The equipment can flexibly adjust parameters according to the size and thickness of chicken feet, with a peeling rate of over 95%, and can effectively reduce meat damage to chicken feet, avoiding problems such as skin breakage and lack of meat. 

Cleaning and cooling: secondary cleaning, quick locking of brittleness

After peeling, the chicken feet immediately enter the cleaning and cooling process. Firstly, secondary cleaning is carried out through high-pressure spraying to remove residual skin and impurities on the surface. Then, it enters an ice water cooling tank or a mesh belt air cooler to achieve rapid cooling and quickly reduce the center temperature of the chicken feet to below 10 ℃

Sorting processing: graded screening to improve quality uniformity

After cooling, the chicken feet enter the intelligent sorting process, and are classified and sorted according to the size, weight, and appearance of the chicken feet through vibration sorting machines and manual assistance, removing defective products, damaged products, and impurities. Unified quality and specifications, can be directly connected to subsequent processes such as pickling, stewing, freezing, packaging, etc
