Application:

widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, food, packaging fields.For the drying of flaky, strip and granular materials with better air permeability, it is especially suitable for the materials with high water content and high temperature, such as dehydrated vegetables and Chinese medicine decoction pieces.

 Working Principle:

The material is evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder.Mesh belt generally USES 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh.It is driven by a driving device to move in the dryer.The dryer consists of several units,Each unit cycles independently of the hot air.Part of the tail gas is discharged by a special dehumidifier.The exhaust gas is controlled by the regulating valve.The heat is transferred from bottom to top or from top to bottom through the mesh belt covered with materials to complete the process of heat and mass transfer,and Remove moisture from the material.The mesh belt moves slowly and the running speed can be adjusted freely according to the material temperature.The dried product continuously falls into the receiver.The up-down cycle unit can be flexibly equipped according to the user's needs,and the number of units can be selected as needed.
