Fundamental

The machine can use electric, gas, LPG, coal, biological particles, diesel and other energy heating. The working principle is that the air heated by the heat source in the hot air stove ,is blown by circulation fans into the inside of the drying cabinet body, so that the moisture of the product is evaporated under the heat. Evaporated under the action, the generated moist air discharged to the outside of the device with the exhaust pipe. The machine can continuously feed and make the material run smoothly. During the material conveying process, the gap is conveyed through the intermittent mesh belt to realize the turnover of the material and reach the homogeneity of the heated wind on all surfaces. It can connect with other equipment to achieve continuous operation.

Put the material on the conveyor belt of the dryer, after passing through the uniform material device on the conveyor belt, spread it on the mesh belt of the dryer, and transition from the upper layer to the next layer one by one in the dryer. There are material guiding and reversing devices to make the material fully contact with the heat carrier; the material flows out from the last layer. The heat carrier is introduced into the dryer by the fan, and the wind speed and pressure generated by the induced draft fan make the heat carrier fully and evenly spread on the bottom of the dryer. Since the lower pressure is greater than the upper pressure, the heat carrier moves upward and passes through the dryer. Each layer of mesh belt makes the material fully contact with the heat carrier and improves the drying efficiency.
