Washing and Peeling System

It removes sediment and pesticide residues from the surface of potatoes through bubble cleaning and high-pressure spraying, and then peels the potatoes with brushes or grinding wheels. This system produces clean, peel-free potato raw materials, laying a foundation for subsequent processing.

Slicing System

It uses a circular knife or numerical control slicing technology to cut potatoes into uniform thin slices of 0.8-1.2 mm. Meanwhile, it removes broken pieces through vibration screening to ensure the consistent shape and specification of potato chips.

Frying System

It cooks potato slices in oil (such as palm oil) with a precisely controlled temperature of 160-200 °C. A slag scraping device is equipped to keep the oil clean. After frying, the potato chips go through centrifugal deoiling to reduce the oil content, endowing them with a crispy texture.

Seasoning System

It uses a drum or spray seasoning device to evenly apply flavorings (such as spicy and tomato flavors) on the surface of warm potato chips. Precise measurement is adopted to ensure consistent taste of each batch.

Packaging System

A pillow-type nitrogen-filled packaging machine is used to weigh the potato chips, fill them with nitrogen for preservation (to prevent oxidation and softening), seal the packages, and print production dates. At the same time, metal detection is conducted to ensure safety, and finally, finished bagged potato chips ready for circulation are produced.
