This popcorn processing production line is a fully automated equipment combination designed for food factories, snack brands, and large catering institutions, covering the core links of "puffing and popping → conveyor belt breaking → cooling system → secondary breaking → drum seasoning". It integrates key equipment such as intelligent frying pans, conveying and breaking machines, air-cooled cooling lines, vibration screening machines, and fully automatic drum mixing machines, achieving seamless connection from corn raw materials to finished popcorn. The production capacity can adapt to 100-500kg/h, balancing efficiency, quality, and food hygiene standards.

Controllable quality, suitable for mass production of multiple flavors

Material protection design: Flexible scraper is used for conveying and dispersing, food grade mesh belt is used for lifting device, and the vibration frequency of the cooling line is adjustable to avoid popcorn crushing and damage throughout the process, ensuring the integrity of the particles.
Hygiene compliance guarantee: All equipment that comes into contact with food is made of 304 stainless steel material, which is easy to clean without residue and meets the SC certification standards for food production, enhancing product market recognition.

The core design revolves around five key steps: heating and explosion → conveying and dispersing to prevent adhesion → cooling and screening → secondary dispersion to ensure separation → seasoning and mixing

01 Core Explosive Stage:

Continuous popcorn machine: the core equipment of the production line, which expands and bursts corn kernels by heating and stirring. The intelligent frying pan has precise temperature control of 180-220 ℃, automatic stirring and puffing, with a popping rate of 298%. After discharge, it is directly connected to the conveying and dispersing equipment to quickly separate adhesive popcorn. Made of 304 stainless steel material, in compliance with food grade safety standards (to avoid rust or material migration)

02 Anti adhesion core process:

As the second key equipment in the popcorn production line, the conveying and dispersing integrated machine focuses on "synchronous operation of conveying and dispersing", accurately solving the industry pain point of high-temperature popcorn adhesion and agglomeration after popping, laying the foundation for subsequent cooling, screening, and seasoning processes, and is the core configuration to ensure the shape and production efficiency of finished products.

03 Break down and cool down, lock the brittleness in one step

As the third core process equipment of the popcorn production line, the dispersing and cooling machine specializes in the dual requirements of "secondary anti sticking+fast locking" - undertaking the high-temperature popcorn after the previous conveying and dispersing. Through the collaborative operation of "dynamic dispersing+precise cooling", it completely solves the problems of particle adhesion and taste softening during the cooling process, which is the key configuration that determines the brittleness and shelf life of the finished product.

05 Precise Fragrance Infuse to Ensure Uniform Flavor Penetration

After cooling, the popcorn enters the sieve and is thrown and rolled in all directions under high-frequency vibration. The slight adhesion of grains (such as 2-3 clusters) caused by trace amounts of water vapor during the cooling process is completely dispersed. Compared to traditional planar vibration, the scattering coverage of three-dimensional vibration has been increased to 100%, without any vibration blind spots, ensuring that each popcorn is independently divided and cleared of obstacles for subsequent uniform seasoning. 

The equipment adopts a dual structure of "inclined drum+built-in mixing ruler". The drum rotates at a constant speed of 10-15 revolutions per minute, and with the spiral pushing design of the mixing ruler, the popcorn forms a composite motion trajectory of "rolling throwing translation" inside the drum. The seasoning is evenly released through multiple sets of atomizing nozzles (liquid) or precise powder spreaders (powder) at the top, achieving 360 ° no dead angle wrapping during material movement. Whether it is a spherical popcorn surface, the seasoning can be fully attached
