Feature:

1. Ensure that the parts in contact with the food box (oil tank, operation part and related part) are easy to clean structurally.

2. Transmission devices and bearing parts, including electric motors, should be set where food cannot touch, and relevant measures should be taken to ensure not to touch food (such as sufficient spacing or cleaning devices).

3. The electrical control box should be in a place that is easy to clean.

4. Burners, combustion operating mechanisms and associated mechanisms shall be easy to clean.

5. The structure of oil groove shall ensure that the oil can be exhausted as far as possible.

6. The parts in contact with food and oil shall be made of materials conforming to food requirements.
 Note: The energy sources can adopt the coal, natural gas and electric. The equipment can also connect with the thermal oil furnace and boiler. The special dimensions and requirements can be satisfied according to the demand of customers.
