washing and peeling--cutting--blanching--dewatering--frying--deoiling--seasoning
1.The production line can be customized according to customer output.
2.cutting potato into slice.
3.Blanching potato chips,in order to keep it fresh and color.
4.After blanching,removing the excess water.
5.Fried potato chips, adjustable temperature 0-220 ºC
6.After Fried ,remove the excess oil.
7.It can seasoning potato chips.

Hygienic standard:
1. Ensure that the parts in contact with the food box (oil tank, operation part and related part) are easy to clean structurally.
2. Transmission devices and bearing parts, including electric motors, should be set where food cannot touch, and relevant measures should be taken to ensure not to touch food (such as sufficient spacing or cleaning devices).
3. The electrical control box should be in a place that is easy to clean.
4. Burners, combustion operating mechanisms and associated mechanisms shall be easy to clean.
5. The structure of oil groove shall ensure that the oil can be exhausted as far as possible.
6. The parts in contact with food and oil shall be made of materials conforming to food requirements.
