Product application

Working principle

  The materials are uniformly distributed on the mesh belt by the material feeder. Belt is drawn by a transmission device and move inside the dryer . Part of exhausted gas is exhausted by a special moisture exhaust blower.

  The waste gas is controlled by an adjustment valve. The hot air passes through the mesh-belt covered with bring water material away.

Running speed can be freely adjusted according to the material property.

1. To achieve the best drying effect: heating temperature, air flow, staying time can be set and adjusted
2. Agility specified: we can add mesh belt washing system and product cooling system in mesh belt dryer system.
3. When wet material loaded in conveying belt, the relative position between every single material is quite stable. This is especially suitable for drying that product that needs good color . this kind of mesh belt dryer is especially suitable for that product that should keep the good shape.
