Commercial cereal Planetary Stirring Frying Pan
1. High quality of configuration: the products of this series adopt the imported end socket and the hemispheric stainless steel pan by punch forming for one time ensures the smooth of interior of pan.
2. Good applicability: the heating methods may adopt the steam, coal gas, natural gas, liquefied gas, electric heating conducting oil, electromagnetic heating and other heating methods. It has the advantages of large heating area and high thermal efficiency.
3. Outstanding security: all parts of this product contacting with foods (in addition to the electromagnetic pan adopting the magnetically permeable special alloy except its pan body) are made of 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel with polished finish .
4. Advanced stirring method: the stirring method adopts the special tilting transmission which makes the planetary stirrer fully contact with the pan body. The stirring system adopts the combination of rotation and revolution and its transmission ratio is non-integer transmission ratio which ensures there is no blind sport in the pan.
5. Clean and sanitation: the machine adopts the advanced transmission and seal structure which keep the transmission parts and interior of pan clean and sanitary.
6. Easy and convenient discharging: the automatic hydraulic type of the series of equipment uses the hydraulic thrust to make the stirring arm overturning and then uses the hydraulic thrust overturning the pan for feeding or discharging materials which saves labors. During this process, the stirring machine doesn't have to be dismounted.
NOTE:the working pressure of clamp, heating methods and structure of stirrer can be customized according to the special requirements of customers.
