This pot can adopt either the electrical heating or steam with a certain pressure as heating source and it has large and even heating area, short boiling time of liquid, easy control of heating temperature and other characteristics.Usage of Sandwich Pot   The stainless steel sandwich pot is also called as sandwich steam pot and electrical heating sandwich pot which widely applies to cooking soup and dish, stewing, boil, cooking duck and porridge for large restaurants or canteens. It is a preferable food processing device which can improve the quality, shorten time and improve the working conditions.   The internal pot body (internal port) of the pot is made of acid heat resistant austenitic stainless steel, provided with the pressure gage and safety valve. The stationary type (vertical type) sandwich pot mainly consists of pot body and stand bars; the tilting-type sandwich pot mainly consists of pot body and tilting assemblies; when rock the pot body after screwing up two screws on the bracket, the inlet air pipe and discharging tube at both ends are not allowed to rotate with the pot.
