This washer was developed specifically for cleaning trolleys. It has compact structure, tilt device and cleaning machine integrated, easy to operate, improve cleaning efficiency. The washing time can be set. Close the cabinet and wash automatically.
It can clean the inside and outside of the skip car. Dirty water is filtered before entering the tank and clean water is cleaned after the main cleaning procedure.

 1. The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel and a stainless steel hot water pump is selected, which can replace the traditional manual cleaning operation and meet the large number of cleaning needs of different food companies.

2.Hot water can be recycled to reduce energy loss and waste.

3. The lifting part is equipped with a protective net and a safety grating. Any protective device that can be opened is equipped with a safety interlock device to ensure that when the safety protection device is opened, the equipment stops immediately and cannot be started.After the safety interlock is turned off, the device must be reset before it can be restarted.
 

4.There is an automatic water replenishment float inside, which lowers the water level of the water tank and automatically replenishes water through the tap water pipe.
5.The water tank is equipped with a drawer-type slag filter device, which can filter out oil residue and debris, protect the water pump, filter impurities in the water, and reduce nozzle clogging.
