1.The thawing machine is completely mechanized in the use process, without manual operation. The materials are sent into the blanching machine through the mesh belt / conveyor belt or manually. The equipment inside the blanching machine is controlled by frequency conversion, and the blanching time can be set according to different product processes.
2. Heating mode of blanching machine: the water inside the blanching machine is hot water, and the heating mode is electric heating or steam heating or gas, mostly steam heating, which is more cost-effective for long-term use.

1.The blanching speed is controlled by the inverter motor and the  speed can be freely adjusted.

2.Working Principle:
1.The machine can blanch and rinse the fruit and vegetable thoroughly. 
2.When the vegetable or furit coming into the water tank,they will be fully scattered,rolled,cleaned and transferred by the high pressure water and strong flow.
3. The cleaned vegetable and fruit will be sent out by belt and spray cleaning. Then go the next step.
