  This equipment is a belt type multi-layer dryer. The main parts are made of high quality carbon steel or SUS. The stainless steel mesh belt is made of SUS304, it runs smoothly, easy to maintain and has a long service life.

  The whole machine running speed and drying temperature can according to production needs set. It's has a high degree of automation, saving much labor and improving production efficiency,large capacity with best drying effect.

  The heating method can be :natural gas,LPG,diesel oil and steam or heat pump

Working principle

The materials are uniformly distributed on the mesh belt by the material feeder. Belt is drawn by a transmission device and move inside the dryer . Part of exhausted gas is exhausted by a special moisture exhaust blower.

The waste gas is controlled by an adjustment valve. The hot air passes through the mesh-belt covered with bring water material away.

Running speed can be freely adjusted according to the material property.
